At Prefix Solutions, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality laptop parts and accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • The item is returned with original packaging, labels, and invoices.
  • The product is not physically damaged, burnt, or altered.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation, mishandling, or misuse.
  • Products with removed or tampered serial numbers or warranty stickers.
  • Clearance or specially ordered items (unless defective).
  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return procedure.
  3. Items must be returned to our Colombo address (shared after approval).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

  1. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  1. Warranty Claims

Warranty coverage (if applicable) is provided by the manufacturer or distributor. Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Power surge damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Improper installation
